The first time you run the command in a project, you will be prompted to select a spreadsheet. This sheet will be selected every time you run the command in that project until it is deleted, renamed, or moved.
The only requirements for the spreadsheet are that column A contains at least one conduit run ID and the sheet containing the data is the leftmost sheet in the spreadsheet
To sync conduit parameters, simply type the name of the parameter in the header and the value you want to assign in the row of that conduits ID.
You can add as many or as few parameters as you need, add whatever formula logic you need, and add as many sheets as you need to the spreadsheet.
